  5. Dang, I wish this were true. But speaking as lifelong introvert, not all of us have elements in which we are graceful.

Gracefulness is just another quality that some people have and some people don't, and introverts are just like everyone else in that.

Some of us are just awkward no matter where we are. In fact, maybe that's what makes us introverts sometimes. We may not be graceful, but at least no one is looking.

  7. Thanks for the comments! Glad there are many our kind across the internet. And a side note - I came up with the seal analogy way back when I was an introverted high school student. I was excited to finally use it for a comic.

  8. Dr. Seuss! Your comics make me chuckle every time. I often share them with my dad, who is an architect and shares a similar sense of humor as you. Thanks for sharing with us.

  9. I couldn't help but smile when I read through this comic. Not many have been articulate enough explain the reason why introverts wouldn't want to change themselves!

  12. They have also been encountered in shoes, inside dressers, in bed sheets of infrequently used beds...

    somehow, that's very sad.

but the "hiding out in shoes part and being kind of poisonous...and reading" that's pretty true, so i'd say we're more like the spider.

    a wonderful piece, grant! '-D

  15. Introvert does not equate to sophisticated genius. I'd say 90% of you don't meet the description listed. You shouldn't feel bad for being introverted, but you should definitely feel bad for equating intelligence with a life-choice. Youbunchoffuckingmorons.

  16. one little thing: stop coming to our events and parties, ok? You take up the parking spaces, can't carry your half of a conversation, then you leave after a half hour.

  17. Met a lot of introverts over at fiesta canvas perth. They may seem aloof but they are really nice if you get to know them. They have sophisticated taste if I must say.
